AX-CNC-4228 Automatic Glass Cutting Line Briefly:
The overall plan of the project: CNC automatic glass cutting line is composed of full automatic glass loading machine + full automatic glass cutting machine + air-floating glass breaking machine.Full-automatic glass cutting line is mainly used for flat glass processing, which can quickly and accurately perform glass loading, cutting straight or special-shaped glass, and air-floating mechanical glass breaking.The working process is as follows: the loading machine adopts mechanical turning, and the original glass piece to be processed is removed from the material rack through the vacuum suckers, and the glass is dropped onto the loading table.The glass is conveyed to the cutting table through the rollers on the loading table and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting table.The cutter box on the beam of the cutting machine drives the cutter to travel at high speed in the X and Y directions through the servo motor, and uses the Z axis motor to control the tangent trajectory of the cutter. At the same time, the lower knife pressure and lower knife depth are controlled by analog quantities. Four axes move simultaneously for cutting. After the cutting is finished, the glass plate is sent to the air floating glass breaking table for cymbalization through the conveyor belt on the glass cutting table and the air cushion formed by the glass breaking table

1)The material of the bottom frame is selected from the national standard manganese-containing section bridge steel (Q345A) by welding and aging treatment. This kind of steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good plasticity and welding performance. The frame adopts overall processing.
